The purpose of this experimental research is to compare the effectiveness using Taguchi approaches for multi-response optimization process parameters in Vertical Milling Machine EN 31 Material intending minimize surface roughness and tool wear rate while maximizing material removal improve productivity with coated carbide insert. L9 Annova have been applied design analysis. This experiment shows that feed depth cut are factors important wear, Depth a notable factor Removal Rate most roughness. Spindle speed has little effect on rate, roughness, rate. Mathematical models three response i.e. were obtained by regression analysis
